Candles and room and body mists cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Please provide photos when emailing us at If you purchased a candle from one of our wholesale suppliers, please contact them about their return policy.

Orders will ship out between 2-4 business days. You will get a tracking number to see the status of your order. Please note, lead times may change during holiday seasons. Please check our website for updates during those times.

Please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email for an updated status of your order.

Once the shipment has left the studio, it is in the possession of the mail carrier. Continue tracking the order and follow the carrier’s instructions on how to file a claim for delayed or missing packages.

This means that it is getting ready to leave our studio or has left the studio but has not been scanned in at UPS/USPS facilities. Please wait 24 hours for an update.

We offer pick ups for local customers. Please make sure you select pick up when checking out. We will email you when your order is ready and waiting for you. We are located at 90 Bridge Street, Studio 201, Westbrook, Maine 04092. From parking lot, come in door #1, up the stairs, we are the first studio on the left.

Yes! We offer ‘by appointment only’ shopping at this time due to our COVID protocol. You can schedule an appointment via this link or through Instagram. 

Here is some candle care 101! Before burning, trim your wick to ¼ inch. This will ensure a clean and safe burn. Allow the candle to burn so that the wax melts to the edge to ensure that your wax will not tunnel. Before relighting, trim or break off the top of the burnt wood wick. Never leave a candle unattended and only burn the candle until ¼ to ½ inch remains. We recommend never burning candle for longer than 4 hours. Viola! You are a candle expert now!

All of our fragrances are phthalate free and paraben free and they are also free of the 5 main hazard groups that can be found in some candles like carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins and acute toxins. We only source from the most trusted fragrance labs that adhere to strict safety practices. The majority of our products contain a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils that are formulated for optimum performance in a candle and meet our strict standards for burn time and hot and cold scent throw.

On a personal note, I developed our fragrance line while pregnant with my son in 2018 and we have the seal of approval from retailers like Nurtured 9 that provide safe pregnancy products for soon to be mamas. We recommend you keep candles out of reach of children and pets and as always, please consult your healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. 

Yes! You can shop gift cards here. Please note, you will receive the gift card via email to share with your intended recipient. We are unable to send gift cards on your behalf.

What a sweet idea! Yes, please write your message in the order notes and we will be sure to include it. If there is a gift note, we do not include a receipt or invoice.

Questions About Our Refill Service?

You heard right! We can refill our candles or empty candles from any other brand. Please check out our refill page here for more information on our Candle Refill Service.

If your container doesn't have a label to state how many ounces it is, simply fill with water and pour into a measuring cup to determine ounces.

If your container is a candle, you can also try visiting the product description on the original maker's website.

Once we receive your container(s) we will work on getting them cleaned and refilled and sent back your way!

We recommend packing them tightly, double wrapping each container in bubble wrap, and using filler bubble wrap or air pillows (found in most amazon boxes) to protect them from being crushed. We also suggest using USPS priority mail flat rate boxes because they don't charge per pound (and candles can be heavy!)

Thank you for letting us bring new life to your vessels! You are responsible for the shipping fee to get your empties to us. You will get an email when your package has arrived in the studio. The shipping fee you paid for at checkout covers the cost to ship the candles back to you.

If you are local to Portland, Maine, you can take any candle refill containers to Fitz & Bennet, Darby Jones or Gogo Refill and we will pick them up, refill them and drop them off, without shipping costs! We pick up and drop off on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month.

To process your candle refill at any of these locations, enter the promo code "LOCAL" at checkout and we will waive all shipping costs, while also allowing us to align your scent requests with your refills.

Yes, however please note that we will use cotton wicks for the double wick candles (rather than wooden wicks for single-wicked candles).
