Title: Production Assistant

• Days/week: MWF
• Total hours/week: ~24
• Hourly: $17
• Duration: July – Dec 2022

Goal: Support the growth & profitability of the business by assisting the workflow of orders and projects as well as the logistics of inbound/outbound packages. 

• Prepare all necessary pre-production tasks for wholesale & retail orders. Including wicking, vessel preparation, and labeling. 
• Maintenance of studio including organization, managing supply levels, and cleaning.
• Receiving inbound packages, checking mail and storing supplies
• As needed assistance with pallet deliveries.
• As needed assistance with customer service, in person, phone or email.
• As needed assistance with local deliveries. 

Requirements/Experience:

• Experience in a related field like retail, manufacturing, service, hospitality
• Sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solutions oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Transportation
